These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the bdaji platform and all of its services. By accessing the bdaji website, registering an account, or using any service, you are deemed to have fully and unconditionally accepted these Terms.

If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please stop using the platform immediately. bdaji reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after any changes means you have accepted the revised Terms.

bdaji's services are available only to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. By registering, you declare that you meet this age requirement. bdaji may request valid identification to verify your age at any time.

A personal account is required to use the services on the bdaji platform. Each user may operate only one account.

2.1 Registration Requirements

• Allowing any third party to use the account is not permitted.

2.2 Multiple Accounts Prohibited

Operating more than one account from the same person, household, or device is strictly prohibited. If this rule is violated, bdaji reserves the right to suspend or close all associated accounts and forfeit any bonuses or winnings earned.

2.3 Account Verification

For security purposes, bdaji may verify a user's identity at any time. If the required documents are not submitted, the account may be temporarily suspended.

2.4 Account Closure

You may contact the support team at any time to request closure of your account. You will be given the opportunity to withdraw any available balance before closure, however all bonuses will be forfeited.

3.1 Deposit

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳200 (for all methods).
• Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (e.g., Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank).
• Deposit details must be filled in correctly; bdaji is not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect information.
• Deposits from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.

3.2 Withdrawal

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000.
• Withdrawals can only be made via the same method used for the deposit.
• Withdrawals from successfully verified accounts are generally completed within 5–30 minutes.
• If a withdrawal request is already being processed, additional requests may be delayed.
• Withdrawals will be on hold if the wagering requirements for a bonus have not been met.

3.3 Currency & Tax

All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Any applicable government taxes or duties are the user's own responsibility to pay; bdaji does not provide advice on or accept liability for such matters.

bdaji offers various bonuses and promotional offers. Each offer has specific terms that must be read carefully before accepting.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

• New members will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000.
• Example: Deposit ৳1,000 and receive ৳1,200 in bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,200.
• Wagering requirement: you must wager 15 times the bonus amount (on the bonus only, not the deposit + bonus combined).
• Example: ৳1,200 bonus × 15 = a total of ৳18,000 must be wagered before withdrawal.
• The bonus can be claimed only once and is not transferable between accounts.

4.2 Bonus Abuse Prohibited

In cases of bonus abuse, arbitrage betting, collecting bonuses through multiple accounts, or any form of manipulation, bdaji reserves the right to cancel the bonus and suspend the associated account.

4.3 Bonus Expiry

Each bonus has a set expiry period. If the wagering requirements are not met within that period, the bonus and any winnings derived from it will be forfeited.

Slots, live casino, sports betting, and various specialty games are available on the bdaji platform. All games are operated in a fair and impartial manner.

5.1 Core Principles of Game Operation

• All game outcomes are determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG) or live dealer method.
• bdaji regularly audits game software to ensure fair play.
• If a round is left incomplete due to a technical error, bdaji may decide to cancel or restart that round.
• If abnormal results occur due to a technical fault in the software, bdaji reserves the right to void those winnings.

5.2 Prohibited Conduct

Any of the following behaviors are strictly prohibited and may result in account termination:

• Playing games using any software, bot, automation tool, or artificial method.
• Exploiting any error or vulnerability in the game system.
• Colluding or conspiring with other players.
• Any conduct that disrupts the respectful environment of the platform.

5.3 Sports Betting

Specific rules apply to each sports betting event. If a match is cancelled, bdaji's decision will be considered final. bdaji reserves the right to change betting limits at any time.
